  If I could give a negative star I would. First off let me say I liked State Farm as a company, they were very quick with any claim questions I had ect. With that being said my agents office was HORRIBLE!! That is not an understatement. First I was with this office for almost 2 years before I even spoke to the actual agent (Jeff) himself. I even had a fire claim and he didn't even call to check in on us or the process. When I asked to speak to him directly I was told that he was a very busy guy and couldn't speak to me and that's why he didn't return any of my calls. Still I stayed bc changing Home and auto insurance is a pain. Then I cam up for our home owners renewal and the company needed some pictures sent to them of my home or my coverage would be cancelled. I contacted the office and Heather told me to email her the pictures and I did and even got a response email from her stating she received them. Next thing I know I'm getting a letter from my bank stating that state farm informed them that my coverage was being cancelled. WHAT?? I was freaking out so me ad my husband already had an appointment to talk to Jeff (for the first time) about Life insurance. I bring this up to him and he checks into it and state farm never received the pics!!! But he said heather, once again would take care of it! Well this is soo upsetting. I had to get a paper from him stating that i still had coverage but that it was still in underwriting process. He told me it would take about 3-7 days for it to clear underwriting. OK....I wait 2 weeks! Never got a call from Heather... so I called... No one answered (at 4:00pm) I left a message, Next day no return call, I called the office again at 4:30 no answer again... so I called the 800 number for state farm thinking they could check it for me... they couldn't so they said my agent should be open I told her I had been calling so she says she will reach out to them... So they answer for her, she connects me to the office. The girl (not heather) begins to yell at me for calling the 1-800 number. I told her I had been calling her and left a message, she then tells me that she was getting ready to call me just then (yeah right). Well needless to say I am not leaving my insurance in the hands of these unprofessional careless people!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! I kept the life insurance but I had the policy transferred to another agent. I changed home and auto insurance to esurance which turned out to be HALF the cost I was paying with state farm... I was paying 200.00 each month with state farm for auto alone now i'm paying 80.00 each month. FOR THE SAME COVERAGE!!
